MCP preview override (test)

Point a test user's poke-owned MCP connections (Google / Apple / Microsoft, all served by apps/mcp) at a preview MCP deployment, then re-sync so the executor's cached tool list picks up the preview's tools. Enter just the host (e.g. mcp-git-<branch>.poke.engineering) — only the host is swapped, each connection keeps its own path (/google/mcp, etc.). For a protected preview, paste the Vercel bypass token. Only *.poke.com / *.poke.engineering hosts are allowed; Reset swaps the host back to the default.
